Slim in 6 Ramp it Up?

I just got the tapes today (thanks, arewethereyet!:smile: ) and I did the Ramp it Up workout which lasted about 45 minutes. Anyone out there in MFP Land have the program, and do y'all know about how many calories it should burn, or what I should log it as?

    I would put in aerobics high impact. that is 479 for 60 minutes

    Ok-so I will do it tomorrow and post what cals I show on my heartrate monitor.
  • Hi, I finished the SI6 program about two months ago, and am a BB fanatic. I would recommend that you do the program as it suggests and begin with SIU or Start It Up. You will have plenty of time to do RIU. If you think that SIU is not enough of a challenge just add like 3 pound weights.
