Does anyone else make salads out of their leftovers the next day for lunch?

Mines was tequilla/lime chicken on top of romaine with home made salsa verde, onions, cilantro and a sprinkle of cheese

    I love to crock pot, so I just have tons of left overs anyway that I take for lunch all week.
