If I'm eating under my cals everyday, how many days a week minimum should I work out to see results? I have a hard time making myself work out after my we hour shifts so I usually get 3-4 days a week. Is this enough? I'm seeing no results and I'm getting frustrated!

A calorie is a calorie, so you just need to create a deficit of calories. It shouldn't matter if you are doing it by decreasing the calories you eat/drink, or if you do it by working out. A deficit of 500 calories/day will equal a one pound loss per week.0

I looked at your food diary and you are not eating nearly enough to lose weight! If your body is starving, it's going to hang onto fat to keep from going into starvation. You need to eat more!0

My thought process is this: It really depends on what kind of diet you are on and what kind of exercises you are doing. You want to work out your entire body not only to burn calories but to also tone and shape. I do aerobic core exercises at least 3-4 times a week and I’m constantly moving (walking the dog every day, hiking, sprinting here and there, ect). I starting seeing results within a month.
Just stay away from junk/processed food, incorporate good veggies and healthy meats(and 100% whole grains if it is allowed in your diet plan), and stay active! Don't expect quick results and don't let it discourage you. Just keep at it!

Sammys1girl is SO right. You are not eating enough if you are eating only 600-800 calories per day. I am speaking from experience- I tried to limit myself to 1200 calories per day and wasn't getting any results. As soon as I increased my calories above 1600, the weight started coming off. Don't starve yourself; it is counterproductive.

My prob is I am so busy that I don't eat all day then I eat like I did tonight. That salad filled $e up so much that I can't imagine eating another bite! Its REALLY hard for me to get the calories in now where it used to be no problem! Is like I've gotten so used to eating so little that I can't make my self eat that much! Completely opposit of what I used to do when I would scarf 2000 calories a day with no problem!! LOL0

I agree with everyone else, you aren't eating enough. Exercising more will just increase the problem. You need to find a way of eating first...........

Becca, you need to do small snacks/meals multiple times a day. need to take the minute and eat. If you spread it out over the day it's not that hard to do. I know you are busy at work, just take the time and do it. (for yourself). I'm in that lull at this time also. I just adjusted the way I eat and the way I exercise. WE CAN DO THIS. You have to do it for yourself and not your husband. Has to be your goal and desire or it will not take you down the path you desire. I will vow to encourage you while at work everyday. LOL0
