tips on eating when busy

Hello group! I was hoping to find some good tips on what I could pack for my busy days of work followed by grad class. I have class from 5-8 2x a week and find that I am eating healthy snacks to get me through (snap peas, cherries, yogurt) but then need a full meal when I get home around 8:30 which is not good. The problem is that there is no refridgeration available so I need to pack something that will keep from 4:00 on and that is relatively balanced and low-cal. Any suggestions? TIA~Fran
