I prefer baking chicken breasts/tenders in olive oil and some mrs. dash & rosemary & minced garlic... that way you don't get all that terrible sodium and calories from the cream. The benefits of olive oil far outweigh the calories and fat. You'll exchange cream for antioxidants and sodium for healthy fats. For added flavor you could always add some fresh or even canned & drained mushrooms. Maybe even some peppers if you like.0

I will second that olive oil is a healthier method that cream soups. A quick way i cook chicken is with frozen breast tenders, which cook faster. I put them frozen in a pan with a little water and let them cook. Cook till the water is gone and they are done. If you want to leave them in the pan with no water for a minute, there will be browning on the pan and then toss a table spoon of water in to lift that and flavor the chicken. Very simple and fast.0
