Insanity! Just starting and have some questions...

I am just starting Insanity (so excited!) and am wondering how all you other insanity-ites out there track your workout. It seems like turbo kickboxing is closest, but I'm not sure if there's something better. Thanks!

    Best bet is to get a heart rate monitor and then create your own exercise.

    The best thing you can do is purchase a HRM. It will tell you exactly how many calories you are burning since everyone is different. In Month one I would burn anywhere from 400-600, Month two, I have burned up to 1000. Good luck! My 63rd day is tomorrow!! I have had fantastic results with it!!

    I track the workout via my own heart rate monitor. Then I do my own entry into the exercise tab. You should buy one..it makes tracking alot easier and accurate.

    I bought a hrt rate monitor and just made my own exercise & labeled it "Insanity". Each day that I post to here, I just change the minutes and the calories burned.
