Key Lime Pie

1 box (0.3oz) lime flavered gelatin
1/4 cup boiling water
2- 8oz key lime light yogurt
1- 8oz frozen fat free whipped topping, thawed
1 prepared 9" reduced graham crackers piecrust

In large heat resistant bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Whisk in yogurt, with wooden spoon fold in whipped topping. Transfer mixture into prepared crust; refrigerate over night or at least 2 hours.

    YUM! I've made this a few times. This is a great pie , tastes decadent but isn't.:happy:
  • cant wait to try it myself! I am on the dessert list of a Block Party- end of summer bbq- coming up: key lime pie and chocolate chip cookies to keep the kids away from the pies!
