I'm new here...my name is Brandi...and so far, from what I can see...everyone is so encouraging! I like that a lot! It's not easy to lose weight...or gain it if that's your bag...or even to maintain where you're at! So the support is vital!

    Welcome to the site guys!! It is very encouraging! I started a little over a month ago and everyone has been really supportive! I have found, the more friends, the more encouragement :)
