When stressed or frustrated at work, I do push ups angled from my desk. Body angled approximately 4 feet from the desk which is approx. 2-1/2 feet high. (I'm 5'3"). I do sets of 10...does anyone know how to enter this as exercise in my log? Any help would be appreciated....Thanks!

I do these in the mornings in the kitchen using the work-surface whilst waiting for the kettle to boil for my first coffee! No idea how to log them though, sorry :-)0

It's resistance or strength training. Unless you really get a jump in your heart rate from doing them that would be the way I'd log them.0

Thanks, I'm logging them as Strength Training using 60% of my body weight as the weight per set. :-)
If anyone else has a better suggestion, please let me know...0
