question regarding signature TICKERS

Hi everyone.
I have been attempting to make a TICKER to track my weight loss. I know how to make one and how to get the code for it BUT...where am i copying and pasting it to???
I have no idea. Also am i copying the HTML or BBC for my MFP Signature???

lol you post it on your myspace,, face book,, etc.. and to do it on a website such as those,, use the HTML... and post it wherever you want it... and to use is as your signature for posting on forums (such as this) copy the BBC one...

ALSO to do it as your signature,, go to MY HOME, and click SETTINGS,,, then MY SIGNATURE
