I'm going to do it! I'm new to this community and I really want to jump in with both feet. I'm sick of feeling yucky about myself and want to be a hot bombshell! I'm 26 years old, and have about 40 pounds to lose. I would love to have a great support group on here! So let's be friends :happy:

I've started waking up early to work out before work. Unfortunately I can't seem to get myself there early enough to do more than 30 minutes, but it's a step in the right direction and I try to make those 30 minutes count!

I've really been inspired by seeing people set those mini goals on their signatures...I'm going to do the same thing! It's a new month, time for a new start! I'm also trying to make other good changes in my life. Just little things...keeping the house cleaner, doing laundry more often, things like that.

    Also I see you wanted to do a 30 minute workout each morning I would strongly suggest (just my opinion) to try Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred!!! It's 26 minutes and thats including the warm up and cool down! It's intense but has great results in such a short time! Good luck!!

    Thanks for the idea about the Jillian Michaels shred! Maybe I shouldn't feel too bad about the 30 minutes, I still go to a Zumba class a few times a week and try to go to they gym on the other days!
