I lost 65lbs over about a 5 year period but changing my eating habits. I have gained back 15lbs and I am afraid I will put back all the weight I lost. Sure hope this works for me.

The first few days are the hardest. The first few weeks are also tough but then it gets easier and you have figured out some things that you can eat that work for you. Take it easy for the first few weeks and don't try to lose a lot. Set your sights at 1/2 a pound a week and get used to the calorie count. Then when you can do that successfully, you can drop it down to 1 pound a week.
You have already proved that you can do this. 65 lbs is very impressive! You have successfully kept 50 lbs off. That is the other way of looking at it. So you know you can do it!
I find it not too bad because I can have whatever I want to eat as long as I'm able to stick to the calorie count.
Best of luck. I hope you reach your goals! I'm sure you'll make some friends here who will help you along the way.0 -
I say eat more veggies, drink more water, and try cutting back on your meats.0
