thought i was making a good choice for lunch. had a tostado. Thought beans were good for you. had no idea one tostado 500 calories. I had two. so now 1000 calories later..... nothing left for today but water yum

    It's still early in the evening...you could always go for a walk and earn back some of those calories. The worst part of the tostado is the actual chip part, I would think...not the beans...but then if you add cheese, sour cream, or anything like that, it is going to add up.

    Part of the learning process. No big deal. If you're hungry again later, then eat (don't go to bed hungry or feeling guilty). Next time, just plan ahead. Plan all of tomorrow's food right now.

    There is another thread with low cal snack ideas. I agree ...don't go hungry and don't beat yourself up.

    Imagine what you would say to a dear friend who was in this situation. I bet you would be kind and encouraging. Treat yourself the same way you would treat a dear friend :-)
