Hello everyone,
I am very new to this and am trying to work everything out. The reason i have started this is because i am so sick of being how I am. I want to be happy with myself and just be healthy:) I am also a dancer and you know how hard it can be to get that perfect imagen. I just need support and help if I'm going to get through this...If anyone has any advice i am always willing to listen and would love the help.

    Make sure you workout 6 days a week. Also, drink plenty of water every day. Eat plenty of fresh fruits and veggies. If you want you may add me as a friend or message me if you have any more questions.
