OK! I've read all the posts about eating calories and I understand why. But, my BMI is set already at 1800 calories. (I'm 5'10" and weight 165, healthy range). I'm a triathlete and I train a lot! But, that seems like a ridiculous amount of food to be eating. Only if I do a light exercise, I still am burning anywhere from 600-800 calories. On my intense days, it's a lot more than that.
What do you suggest??

How do you have your lifestyle set? That may be a factor. There is a post on the boards right now with a great link to an old post to answer your questions on eating your workout calories.
