I'm new to this I'm on a mission to loose 70+ lbs hoping that I have some encouragement here with other ppl in the same situation.I have a terrible time w over eating in the evenings.. any advice??

drink tons of water when you think of over eating. find a healthy habit instead of eating. i like to go for a quick walk to take my mind off food. if i know i am just craving it but not needing it. Also build a strong support system when you feel weak let them know them. i am sure everyone has been there hope this helps!0

I had the same issue and heres what I started doing and it works great ,
eat a good breakfast , eat a good lunch and try to push it to be around 5-6 pm so lets say by the time you are going to sleep around 10 or so your stomach is empty , ur not hungry and when u wake up have a good breakfast , I wish you luck0
