30 Day Shred!

I started the 30 Day Shred today!! OH ME OH MY! :noway: I knew it would burn but I didnt know it would burn this bad!! I've been getting alot of great advice about trying out some strength training, so I decided on this!! It's a great workout, but Im glad it's only 20 minutes!! Is anyone else doing the 30 day shred right now??

    By the way..Im 5'3, and 161 lbs! I'm completely out of shape, so maybe thats why this was such a workout for me lol!!

    I did day two today and am soooo sore!!! Just keep it up! It's a great workout!

    What's up twin?!? I'm 5'3 and 163. I'm on Level 3 of 30DS. It's intense and I love it. I'm potentially addicted, LoL

    I also did day 2 today ...holy crap! Serious soreness goin on! Love it though !

    I am on day 4 of the shred but it is kicking my butt like you said I am glad it is only 20 minutes long. My husband jokes me because I be sweating like I been in the gym for hours.

    Now that it's over, I have so much energy and want to do it again!! Lets hope I can keep this attitude up for at least the next 30 days!! And YESS I was sweating too!! Like ridiculously!! It was running down my forehead hahaha!! Good Luck to all of you!! WE CAN DO THIS!!

    I've been doing 30DS on and off for about 2 months. I use it to fill in when I'd rather workout at home (first thing when I get up, very late at night, when the gym is closed, etc). I was really sore to start with also and gave myself time to adjust, which was surprisingly quickly. I was always glad to hear the change in the music at the end of the level1 routine when the cool down part started! Now I mix up the parts of level 2 and 3 sometimes in a span of 20 minutes, sometimes I do half of level 3 in addition to all of level 2 if I'm feeling strong. Keep at it, you'll get better at it faster than you think.
  • wow day 2 and you lost 7 lbs??

    i gained weight today..must be my muscles bloating or tightening up.

    I hear ya! I'm just about to do day 3 and my legs are killing me from yesterday so I'm not sure how I'm going to go - just have to grit my teeth and DO IT! Wish me luck :-)
