change the bra. That might be the problem.0

most definately from friction (or the bra is too tight?). They have stickys you can use to put over the nipples so they dont rub, or sports stores sell lubricants (usually for legs when running or cycling) so that peoples legs dont chaffe!0

i have had this issue with some bras and not others. i think it's friction (like someone said) and/or an autoimmune reaction. you might be allergic to the material in your sports bra. one way to test this out is to take allergy medicine about an hour before your next upper body workout. if the pain is improved you may have been having a reaction to the fabric and/or detergent.
also, if it doesn't happen all of the time, maybe at certain times of the month it's bound to happen more than others? doesn't really solve the issue but if this is the case at least you have a cause identified.
good luck!0 -
just noticed you are totally nakkie in the ticker pic....hott mama0

It's probably caused by the chafing from your bra. As fnm101 suggested, you should either change your bra or buy some sports lubricant.0
