10kg down = a few notches in the belt!

Big or small success; you be the judge but I'm smiling ear to ear.

It took 4 months but I have now wittled away 10kg and gone from the last notch of my belt to the first notch on that same belt (that's 4 on the opposite side of the keeper these days).

I'm now around .7kg/2lb off the weight I was when I left the Air Force some 11yrs ago and 4.7kg off what I think will be my ideal weight. It will then be a matter of composition...

Goes without saying that I now have more confidence & energy than I have had in a very long time despite tripping over the 40yr tripwire a while back.
