sheesh:grumble: :laugh: I felt bad sharing mine AFTER workout on Weds a.m. Guess I should quit worrying so much about getting it to her...ya know 'worryin I mean'..not the getting it to her part.0 -
Sorry for the delay Blue Team. This time it was my fault and no one elses for the late posting. I was babysitting for the neighbor and forgot what it was like to have a 9 mth old in the house! Then I did a good thing and walked to my weight watchers meeting where I discovered that I had finally lost 2.4 pounds!!!! Yeah for me!

I can't speak for everyone, but I know the first week I lost 7lbs.... most of it was water weight.0 -

Also, as a reply to how some are loosing 5+ pound sometimes in a week. The more you have to loose, the higher he #s. If you take someone who is 325 pounds and compare there 7 pounds to someone who is 150 pounds and has a 3 pound lost you will find that the percentage of weight they both lost was 2% of their weight. So you really have to look at it from a percentage standpoint. I hope this helps.

Goal weight by Dec. 02 - 242
A loss of 20lbs.
A total loss of 100 lbs is my goal, however, I'd like to accomplish this in less than two years!!! Eighteen months would be ideal!!!!

Ok, no worries, no need to do it over on my account. But I lost 4 this week I thought and gained 8 PMS lbs. last week...Ok I'm sooooo totally lost on how this works on the chart..:noway: The end is the total lost weight? The far right hand side? My start weight for the beginning of this for me was ....ok, wait...
so each week the chart is only from the week before with the totals done together so we know the start weight of last week, the goal and the end weight for this week then the lost amount between the two?? Really depends on how much a person has to lose, you don't have to much more to lose so your weight loss each week may be less than say a person that has much more to lose. :happy:0 -

Really depends on how much a person has to lose, you don't have to much more to lose so your weight loss each week may be less than say a person that has much more to lose. :happy:
I know some people on my team are under dr's orders to weigh in only once a month and some twice a month but their results are still great! I know I will lose a lot one week and then seem to sit on that for a few weeks, I feel like brittany from last years biggest loser
