Hi All
Its my stint for nights this weekend and boy does it throw things up in the air. Im just taking salad and fruit tonight... Anyone else have this problem xx

I have a similar problem, where I have a delivery job early in the morning, then sleep until noon and work until 6, then sleep again. Then on Mondays, my day shift is all day long, which throws my sleep out of whack, so I could be sleeping 14 hours out of one day, then 3 out of another... that really affects my calorie intake.0

I work nights, but my schedule never changes, so it's easier to stay on track.0

Think if i was on nights regulary i would be better but i work four weeks days and two weeks nights

I work nights, and when I work, I take fresh veggies, fruit, whole grain crackers, instant cream of wheat, roasted chicken, etc. Things I can pick at through the night or as I have time (I'm an RN that does 12 hr shifts).0
