Tweeked my neck

Options
So I was doing pull ups last night and the right side of the back of my neck got a pinchy pain that's still around this mornin. It hurts to tilt my head back or to the right. Any suggestions on reliving the pain?

    use a heating pad on it, maybe?

    last time that happened to me I went to 2 sessions of massage therapy, other than that just give it time, put heat on it and stretch it out when it is warm.

    I did the same thing a few weeks ago doing chin ups. I just gave it a few days and didn't workout at all. It was frustrating to say the least but it kept me from straining it even further. Then I did a good stretch exercise before my first workout. It was still a little tight but no pain by then.
