Plateau :(

It might not be text book definition of plateauing but I haven't lost anything in about a week. For a couple months I've been doing 1 pound a week steadily. I haven't been working out as much as I Should. Could that be a factor? Any theories are welcome :)

    Not losing nothing for a week is nothing....don't sweat it. It could be a number of things....your body adjusting to the changes you have made, hormones, non-exercise...there are a lot of factors but one week is too soon to tell if its a plateau. 3 weeks or more with no weight loss is more like it.

    Hang in there. I've done that for three weeks at a time and then will start losing again.
