8 Weeks in and My Awesome NSV Results

Today was check my progress day. :) I have lost an additional 17 inches all over my body. Which makes it a total of 52.25 inches lost in 8 weeks. I can now do 300 crunches and 35 push ups compared to when I started. I started out at a size 16 and I am now it a 12 in jeans, and on the top I can wear 6/8 Med or some small depending on the style of the clothes. 4 More weeks to go of Simply Woman!

    Yes, I'd like to know what you're doing as well. Are you following some sort of special diet or just counting your calories? Also, what other type of exercise are you doing?

    My story is a bit longer that what is here on MFP. I lost 30 lbs last year using HCG drops. I used them for a second round while I was also using MFP. I lost 22 lbs, which 2 of that is without HCG. I have been using the book called "Simply Woman" and it came with a free Strength training DVD. I do about 45-50 mins of strength training 5 days a week now as well as 45 mins of cardio 5 days a week. I will sometimes do more just by being a mom and cleaning house, or if I feel like dancing or whatever. I am going to be starting week 9 next week of Simply Woman, which is a cleansing period. I will let up on the strength training during that time. All the inches that I have lost are through doing "Simply Woman". It is a 12 week program, and it focuses on more than just fitness. It is for the entire being. You look at what it is that you want in life, why you suppress anger and other feelings, and how to heal. It is incredible. It has really changed my life already. I will see where I am when I hit week 12. I may consider doing a third round of HCG, but I am not sure. I will have to see what 12 weeks brings. I want to see defined abs. :)
