anyone have a timex HRM

So it tells you you can enter your weight and your heart rate range but I cannot for the life of me figure out how to do it. It shows you what the screen looks like to it, but it does not tell you how to get to that screen. Im feeling like a dummy. If I don't figure it out by today I am shipping it back and paying the difference for a polar!!
