Boot Camp, Day Two!

Well I made it through my second day of boot camp! It was mostly abs which was a relief because my legs were pretty much JELLO from day one! It was by no means an easy workout though, I was exhausted...again! Me and two of my girlfriends went, it's nice to have somebody there with you. We can encourage each other to keep going when we feel like we just need to give up!
Boot Camp: Day Two
Warm Up: 1 rep - 45 seconds each
Windmills (wide stance arms out parallel to the floor, reach across your body and touch the opposite foot, return to center stance)
Squat - Reach (Squat down, come up reach arms to the ceiling, repeat)
Butt Kicks
(There was another exercise in the warm up that I can't remember...)
Body of Workout:
21 - 18 - 15 - 12 - 9 - 6 - 3 reps
Sit Ups
Bird Dogs (From all fours, lift opposite arm and leg parallel to floor, return to fours, repeat next side - 21 each side, 18 each side, etc. so it's REALLY double the reps!)
100 Toe Touches (lay on back, raise legs straight up, reach for your toes) with 8 lb dumbell/ball.
3 - 6 - 9 - 12 - 15 - 18 - 21
Sit Ups
Bird Dogs
400 meter run/jog/walk
Cool Down: 3 sets
50 bicycle crunches
50 twists to each side with an 8 lb dumbell/ball
50 Miss Americas (start sitting with your knees at your chest, kick legs out straight and lean back, return to sitting position)
Stretch.
I only made it through one set before the time was up but that'll give me something to work towards in the future!
