HELP please

i am going out to lunch with co workers today for a baby shower...what's a better choice:
1. Greek Salad: Romaine, Greek vinaigrette, tomatoes, cucumbers, Feta cheese, Kalamata olives, red bell peppers
2. Spring mix, candied walnuts, sliced apples, honey glazed chicken breast, apple cinnamon vinaigrette
3. Ceasar salad without the dressing

HELP!!

    I'd say #1 but have them put the feta, olives, and dressing on the side. then I'd put about half of each thing on my salad and chunk the rest.
    #2 seems like it has a lot of sugar with the candied walnuts, honey glazed, and the vinegarette.
    #3 doesn't look like there's enough food. I've had a ceaser w/o ther dressing before and it was good...just not enough food, I was still hngry.

    I would choose #2 pack with the fuel the body needs dressing on the side

    #1 no cheese (or on the side and only add a little bit) and ask them to throw a piece of griled chicken on it for protein :)
    they will probably charge you a little more but you need the protien for balance !

    oh yah and always get the dressing on the side!

    and only eat half of the chicken breast! they'll prob give you more than the serving.
