Eating P90x Calories

Hey guys,
Just finishing up my second week of P90x. Like so far. But before this I was mainly on my elliptical, burning approx. 400 cals every morning. I noticed that when i ate right at 1500 cals, I lost weight. But since starting P90x, I'm thinking I may need to change that since I'm not burning those kinds of cals everyday. Thoughts? Are you eating back the calories you burn on non-cardio days?
Thanks:flowerforyou:

Follow the nutrition guide that came with P90X and you will lose.0

Are you following the P90 meal plan?0

You could still be burning those calories, it is just not through cardio it is through building your muscles and raising your metabolism.0

Are you using a heart rate monitor during your workouts? If you want more of a calorie burn, I would suggest doing extra cardio with the weight lifting days. The program guide offers suggestions on double workouts.0

You are burning more than you think with P90X. Do you wear a HRM?0

Yes, I am wearing an HRM and loosely following the meal plan but following MFP more closely. Just wondered if I should eat the cals burned on non-cardio days.0
