Hi all,
I have a fractured foot that may take up to 4 months to heal! Do you have any recommendations for exercises that I can do? I can't bare a lot of weight on my foot!
Thanks

I would ask your orthopedic specialist what would be advisable for lower extremity work outs. When I had a stress fx in my foot, I was able to recumbant bike and swim. But I was given other specific things to avoid and some were kind of surprising. The specialist told me the restrictions are based on each individual fx. I did a lot of upper body strength training on top of the swimming and recumbant biking. Good Luck!0

Aww, sorry to hear that. I've been looking for workouts too b/c I hurt my knee two weeks ago and it still really hurts to even walk. Going to the dr today. I've been punching my punching bag (or you could do shadow boxing if you can't stand at all), also lifting just upper body at the gym and dumb bells at home. Hope it heals up quickly for you.0
