Most people eat rice in many different ways. For instance, some may eat it w/ sugar & butter. While others eat it w/ their chinese food, japenese food, and/or their mexican food. So, this morning I thought, I would try something different w/ my grits.

Most of ya'll probably have ate it w/ regular cheese and or bacon but have you ever tried it w/ onions and/or spicy cheese? I know it may not sound too appealing for some of you, but for someone like me who absolutely LOVES onions & almost anything spicy, it was rather tasty.

Here are the ingredients:

1 serving of (already made) grits
1/4 cup of onions
1/4 tbs of butter
1/2 oz of regular Velveeta Cheese
1/4 oz of Velveeta Buffalo Spicy Cheese
1/2 tbs of black pepper.

After you cook the grits, add all other ingredients and microwave for approximately 45 seconds. :wink:
