couch to 5k question

just a question for those who have done it or doing it. im on week 4 and will do my first day today. I can only manage a run twice a week due to work/ childcare etc etc and do the shred on days i cant run. do u reckon its ok to just run x2 a week instead of x3? im coping ok and the other day i was actually able to jog for 30 minutes!!! which is unheard of! and i was sooo pleased!

The program is for YOU so do whatever works for YOU. Repeat weeks if need be.0

If you can cope it, do it. C25K is just a suggestion not a rule. Good luck!0

im also in c25k, im on week 5 day 3 myself. i repeat weeks, skip a day, add a day all the time. which i swhy im still on week 5 when i started in april. they suggest every other day so you dont hurt yourself, so just be good to yourself and you'll be fine!0

When I was doing it I was running 2 times a week as well, and I would either skp the 3rd day of the week, or move it to the next week. So really I was just moving thru the days in the schedule at my own pace. It really doesn't matter too much, its just a means to get your running endurance gradually over time, so whatever is working for you, go for it.0

if you think that you're ok with 2x a week just skip the third time. it's up to you and how you feel.0
