Hello...I've been doing this for a few weeks I think it would be easier to do this with some poeple who are doing it as well...I NEED ALL THE ENCOURAGEMENT I CAN GET!

    Hi!

    I'm new to this community as well and I think it's the best fitness site I've been a part of (and I've joined a lot). My short term goal is to weigh 176lbs (which is the weight I weighed before returning to work after maternity leave in 2009) by end of summer and then my long term goal is to weigh 130lbs (which was the weight I was before I had my children). I'm really committed this time and for the first time ever, I've fallen in love with the gym! Hahaha.

    I'm here for encouragement and to encourage!
