Well you are. Duh. Keep up the GREAT work!

But I am too! Today I ran 2.75 miles without stopping at a 9:30 min/ mile pace. Which, for all you speedies out there running your marathons and super quick miles and yada yada, I know that isn't that impressive. But for me, that is really good. It has taken me a long (read LOOOOOOONNGGGGGGG) time to get here, starting and restarting C25K, and stretching out and repeating the weeks as I felt needed. There were days when I felt that I would never be able to run a whole mile or run for twenty minutes straight. But with lots of persistence and patience, I am reaching goals. And I am super proud.

That's great MisMolly! Running is not an activity I enjoy, so I know what you are talking about. Congratulations on your achievement!
