Hey everyone!

My name is Amanda and I am trying to lose the 30 pounds that have crept back on me the last couple of years. I have lost weight countless amounts of time and always seemed to gain it back and then some. The problem was that I lost weight so quickly that my mind never caught up with how I truly looked and it was just too much...I kept thinking I was still the same fat person on the outside. Now I feel so much happier with myself and am truly loving myself for who I am. Instead of criticizing my curves I'm embracing them and focusing on how I feel after I have eaten something as well as after my workouts. Having a different outlook and attitude on why your losing the weight in the first place really helps wonders in the long run. I know what I have to do...just one day at a time. There is no secret to weight loss...just a balance between healthy eating and exercise and your positive outlook on life. Cheers :)
