  • Welcome, I started at 430 on 2/1/11 and I'm now 365 today. I walk, ride the bike, swim and eat 2200 calories a day. Life is about choices! Good people are on this site, many are struggling to lose weight, some complain as to why they can't, while others put in the time and do it !

I have been over 300 pounds now for a long time. It's probably been 15 years or more. I would love to get rid of 1/2 of myself--that would be the best case scenario. However, I have gotten so good at failing at this, that I don't have much confidence in my success. Can't tell you how many of these sites I've joined, how many times I've blogged, and more. How much money I have invested and achieved no results because I can't seem to do it. I am hoping for better this time. I want to do it--it's not a matter of want. I have diabetes, and so many other health issues--and I just want it to go away--literally. Thanks to those of you who have posted inspirational messages. Sorry mine is not that. I need the inspiration--and I don't have any right now.
  • hi there, I feel u! Feel free to add me as a friend. I find it hard to stay dedicated to myself and stick to it...but I'm back at it just this week. I wish you the best of luck on this journey :flowerforyou:
