New to site

Hello,

I am new to this site, and this forum. I have 140lbs I would like to loose, I have tried different methods before but none seemed to work, or at least last.

I live in Nova Scoita, Canada, and have a husband and two boys age 2 & 5, and would like to see them grow up. And be healthy.
