Phase II and excited!

Hi. This is my first time trying an app like this...much less posting a message and sharing my most deep dark secrets, MY WEIGHT! :happy: I've been working out and running for several months now and definetly seeing results, but it has been a slow process. I've lost 9lbs and 3" since Feb. Endurance and strength wise I am meeting the goals I've set for myself by participating in a body bootcamp class and running a mile or two most days. But I need to do a better job of focusing on my eating habits to see the results I would like to see. So here I am - starting what I'm calling phase II of my life style change. I'm setting small mini goals, right now I need to lose 13 lbs by August 5th. My heaviest weight was 283 a few years ago. I've gotten some of that off, in Feb I was 260 lbs. Today I am 251 lbs. I am so very excited to start a new phase and energize my process!!!!
