Trouble staying thin.

Hi all! this is my first post. I've been trying to lose weight for a year now. I first reached my ultimate goal of 128 but after about a month, I began to slip up at college and am now at 146 (started at 158 pounds at the very beginning). My goal is to get back to at 130 or so by the time my college roles back around so 3 months, 15 pounds. any tips would be great!

Be honest with your food diary and exercise when you can.
Start slow and don't expect miracles overnight...it's a change in lifestyle not just a change in weight.

I am learning that it shouldn't be about a weight thing but more of how you feel. If you are feeling strong and eating healthy and your clothes are fitting well- go with it. Some weight will eventually come off but don't obsess about being a certain weight. Best of luck to you.0
