    Probiotic - Align. Best thing I've ever taken. Haven't had any bloat since taking it. It's wonderful. A little pricey, but I'm actually taking one every other day instead of daily. It feel so good to have a flat belly!


    What is Probiotic-Align and hwere can you purchase it?

    Water, a bit of Braggs Apple cider vinegar, I do 1 capful in 16 oz of water, lots of green leafy veg, I eat a salad a day. Limited processed foods. Whole grains and fiber rich foods and less refined sugars and fours. Fruit, if you are having trouble try dried cranberries, prunes or prune juice. Cut back on red meat. Plain 0% greek yogurt, you can add dried cranberries or other fruits for sweetness .

    I go anywhere from 2 - 4 times a day. once when I wake up and pretty much an hour after every meal. I kid you not.

    I use acidophilus, fiber, digestive enzyme, fennel, magnesium and water. Lots and lots of water! :drinker:
