Hey everybody-- just came to introduce myself.
I'm Megan, a 26-year-old grad student living in Ohio right now (originally from the Pittsburgh area). I just started on this site, but have been watching my nutrition for over a year (off and on). I've lost 55 lbs so far, but still have a goal to lose about 80 more. Hopefully this site can help me out some! Any suggestions or tips are welcome!

just stick with it..meet your calorie intake for the day..exercise and get the motivation from us and everyone else around you. you can do it! congrats on the 55 pounds0
