I'm interested in the bodypump classes. Does anyone do this ? and How do you find that it helps you ?
I used to do a lot of cardio at the gym, but im no longer a monthly memeber, and rather than gym once a week to use tredmills and free weights I'm interested in this Bodypump class, as it's both cardio and weight workouts.
The rest of my cardio I will make up with walking, as I have the best cardio partner .. my dog..
Also going to get the 30DayShred dvd after all the lovely advice the other day, thanks again.

I found it to not be very cardio-intense. It's good for light lifting, toning, and learning great form and ways to work different muscle groups.0

I just got back from mine I only do it maybe once a week as a change from my cardio classes, but it mixes things up.
The only pain is logging the calories because I have no idea what I burn.0 -
I do Body Pump about twice a week. It is a great endurance lifting class. Does wonders for my legs. I burn about 350 calories a class.0

Ah lovely thanks. Yeah I'm more interested in lifting and toning as apose to just cardio.
I've taken quite an interest in weight training, but Bodypump looks like a really good workout0 -
I've completed it twice, definitely great for toning and increasing your strength. Not much cardio but I get that in other classes as well.0
