Sounds great for a hot summer day!
ICED MINT GREEN TEA RECIPE
Makes 4 cups
4 tea bags of your favorite green tea
1 cup, loosely packed mint leaves
Ice
Make the tea: Bring 4 cups of water just to a boil, then remove from the heat. Add the tea bags and steep for exactly 3 minutes. (Set a timer!) Set the tea aside and let cool until at room temperature.
To serve: Place a few mint leaves in the bottom of tall glasses and muddle with a bar spoon or other long spoon. Fill the glass with ice and mint leaves, then pour the tea over. Save any extra iced tea in a tightly sealed container in the refrigerator.

What a great summer recipe! I actually drink decaf mint green tea, so I could even just use those if I didn't feel like going to the store to get fresh mint leaves.0
