Does it work? I see those infomericials where the people are all ripped, and I feel jealous! Lol. And could it work for me, even though I'm a bigger girl? I dont want to waste the $150 on something without getting good reviews on it.

I'm on day 50 of the workout. While I haven't lost much lbs, I've lost tons of inches. It is HARD CORE! If you buy it, you need to make sure you are motivated and determined enough to complete it all the way through. It'll be worth it in the end!!!!0

I dunno...I walk at least 30 mins per day 5 to 6 days a week and it works for me.0

Do it!! You will work your butt off like you never have before! I lost 10lbs in 2 months from Insanity. You will also lose a lot of inches...definitely worth the investment!0

I have several work friends who use it and love it. I have several other "online" friends who also use and love it. However, they all were P90X graduates first. Not that P90X is a requirement by any means. Both are intense. Both work. Both require effort. Lots of effort. Go for it. It will work if you focus.0

Insanity is a hardcore workout.....If you buy it ensure you are fully committed to finishing it, but you will get your moneys worth.
It's one of the hardest workout DVD out there right now

I started Insanity at 240lbs and it's rough!!!!
I finished the first month and could see a definate difference in muscle definition and energy. I didn't lose much weight but Ihave been stuck in a plateau for months so i don't count that.
It will have you dripping in sweat and begging for mercy but it is totally worth it!
And any workout program works as long as you push play everyday!
Email me if you want more info. P.S. Insanity is $120.00 but totally worth the money if you are willing to put the work in.0 -
Yes, it works! I've seen the sucess through a friend of mine. Her body looked great after insanity! I borrowed her dvd for three weeks and lost 6 pounds in those few weeks. Although I go to the gym, I decided to buy my own, and will be starting up again on Monday. It's very challenging but worth it. You can add me as a friend and we can motivate each other if you decide to buy it0
