Anyone here tried it? I want some input?
I have been using it for two weeks now to try to kick this stupid plateau that is too stubborn to be budged by any other method I have tried. The first week I got some nasty headaches but totally had energy, I think the headaches were due to not enough hydration though. This is my second week and I feel great! Tons of energy, I have been killing my workouts all week, but won't know if I lost any lbs till I buy a new scale.

    Haven't tried it, but have been wanting to. It is encouraging to hear that you have so much energy... I could definitely use some of that! Would love to know how much you lose!

    I've never used it nor do I have many team members that use it. I've had no complaints and feedback was always good, Many folks that used it have switched to Shakeology for a all around nutritional / weight loss shake.
