Hello All!! Glad to have found MFP. I have been dependent on friends for my weight loss for a few years now. We'd workout together. If they couldn't make it or just didn't want to go I would jump on the bandwagon and have my own excuse of not to go. Though I've been using MFP for a couple of weeks now I have been going with or without my friends. I hope I can stick to it :happy:
