A Question About Shred.....

Sorry if this has already been asked...I searched and couldn't find anything! I got Jillian's Shred today, but I am wondering.....is there a workout plan? Like should you do Level 1 a certain number of times before moving on to Level 2? Once you move on to Level 2, do you do BOTH 1 and 2 or just 2? I'm just confused about how the levels should work.....

Jillian recommends doing this workout every day for 30 days. You move on to the next level when you feel you are ready to progress to the next level. I think some people do each level for 10 days but it is up to you. As for myself I do it every other day and two levels at a time. I started doing 1 and 2 one week, then 1 and 3 the next week and now I am doing levels 2 and 3. There is a shred challenge going on, we are on week 3. Check it out!! I think some people are going to keep going in October. :flowerforyou:0

I just did level one for the first time and it kicked my behind! I have a feeling i'll be feeling this tomorrow! Wow, what a great workout!!!0
