Idle drinking habit

If you are anything like me, you have an idle eating habit. Haven't you ever look down at your bag of chips or even healthy snacks like veggie sticks and thought WHO STOLE ALL MY FOOD?! and then realized it was you?

We know it's not a good habit, but why can't we take our natural instincts/habit and turn it into something good? Why can't we make it an idle drinking habit (WATER, I MEAN WATER!!)? Wouldn't we all like to look down and wonder WHO DRANK MY 5 BOTTLES OF WATER?!?! oh me!!

I know I idle eat when the food is handy and I'm not paying attention. So make the water handy, keep lots of it around within arm's reach and sip/chug while you are focused on something else. I have a stupid large number of water bottles and I use them ALL regularly b/c I keep them filled and nearby--in my bag, at work, at home next to the TV, on my bedside table, at the gym, on the car, etc.

Definitely not what I thought your post would be about, lol! But that is a great habit to try and get into. Good for you for keeping your "stash" near by at all times!
