Turkey pizza! (with pic!)

An interesting idea I got from a friend that turned out really good!

Turkey pizza

Crust:

1 lb lean ground turkey meat
Egg or egg whites (probably about 1/4 cup - I didn't measure. Enough that it holds together)
A little light shredded cheese
Salt, pepper, garlic powder, any spices you want!

Combine the ingredients well and press evenly into a pizza pan that's been sprayed or lined with foil/wax paper. Bake at 350 degrees for about ten minutes, then remove from oven and add toppings. I used crushed tomatoes mixed with oregano and parmesan (didn't have pizza sauce) and topped it with onions, mushrooms, peppers, feta, and part-skim mozzarella. Return to oven and bake until turkey is cooked through and cheese is melted. I'm sorry I don't have the nutritional info, but it is a very low-cal and low-carb alternative!
