Inspired by a lovely woman here in town who just celebrated her 100th birthday!
She had her driving license renewed last year (for 5 more years)! and drives to the market, doctor and dentist :)...

her name is Esther Jacobs and she used to make hats and bridal wear, "back then hats were very popular, people don't wear hats like they used to". Esther says she stays in shape by taking care of her house. "Just keeping the house up gives me exercise, I don't have anyone come in and clean or prepare my meals".

I will pay a small tribute to Esther this Sunday when my niece has her bridal shower and we all show up in cute dresses and (guess what else)? HATS!!!! What inspiring people do you have in YOUR life?

    My friends & family are soo inspiring, and I'm learning my new family here on MFP are truly inspirational!
    I don't know what I would do without all of these people.

    Thanks for sharing this post it makes me appreciate the people I have in my life who help me reach my goals.

    My family also inspires me.

    I think you're doing Esther proud! My bridal shower is in August and we are having a Tea Party themed shower - with hats!!!
