Hey fitness pals,

I've just recently joined this site and it's been good up until today....for some reason I've been craving more than what I can eat. :sad: I'm just so frustrated....please words of encouragement for any one who has had this happen...

    Welcome! We all have those days! Eat healthy, drink lots of water, and exercise daily(then you get to eat back your calories!)

    If its close to your TOM that may be the reason. Just adjust your exercise time so that you have more calories if you need them.

    That sometimes happens darling. We are humans and we are not perfect. Weight loss is a struggle and it's never easy for anyone. Even the people around us that are doing amazingly had their off days. You just gotta get back up on the saddle and ride this sucker through.
  • If you've only been doing this for a couple of days I bet your craving all the stuff you used to eat. Drink more water and keep those fruits and veggies handy. I like little peppermint patties for a sweet treat (I think they're 50 calories each). Hang in there, it will get better and your body will stop craving the empty calories. Oh, and if it's after dinner time and you're still craving...just go to bed!
